3. Our Jewellery
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our jewellery accurately.
However, the appearance of products may vary slightly from photographs due to factors such as lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Where applicable, slight variations in colour, finish, dimensions or appearance may also occur between individual pieces.
Product measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please review the individual product description before purchasing for information regarding materials, sizing, dimensions and care.
4. Jewellery Care
Jewellery should be used and cared for in accordance with the care information provided by CLAIM.
The appearance and longevity of jewellery can be affected by factors including wear, storage, moisture, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics and individual use.
Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, accidents or failure to follow reasonable care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
Please see our Jewellery Care page for further guidance.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
Some CLAIM products or collections may be produced or released in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where we are unable to fulfil the order.
6. Prices
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency indicated.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after an order has been placed, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
7. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected products from CLAIM.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect information has been supplied;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred; or
- we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.
CLAIM does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card information.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be sent to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate before placing your order.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times, available destinations and delivery charges are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page.

10. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number and information about the issue. We may also request photographs where these would help us understand the problem.
We will deal with faulty or incorrect products in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. Ring Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate ring size when placing an order.
We provide a Size Guide to help customers determine the most suitable size.
Please check your size carefully before purchasing.
Where a correctly supplied ring does not fit, any return or exchange will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable consumer rights.
14. Promotions & Discount Codes

Individual promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content where reasonably necessary.
Any separate permission you give CLAIM to use photographs, reviews or other customer-generated content for marketing purposes will be subject to the terms of that permission.
17. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery services and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
18. Privacy

20. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, CLAIM will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract between us was formed or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
